Customers who do not want messages

Every customer record has two switches: receive email and receive SMS. When a customer tells you they do not want messages, switch the right one off.

Nkaebo will never send on a switched off channel. The skipped message is recorded in the history so you can see what happened. Every email also contains an unsubscribe link, which switches off email for that customer automatically.
