Run a flow on a job
Start a flow, move to the next stage and cancel if needed.
- 1Open the job. If it has no flow yet, press Run flow and choose one.
- 2The job page shows every stage and highlights where the job is now.
- 3When the work moves on, press the button for the next stage.
- 4If the stage sends a message, you may be asked for missing details and shown a preview. Confirm to send.
Skipping, going back and cancelling
You can skip a stage or go back to an earlier one, with a short reason if you like. Every move is recorded on the job. To stop a flow completely, cancel it. Any stages scheduled for that job are cancelled too.
A message that was already sent cannot be taken back, even if you step the job back.
