Message settings: Off, Optional and Always

Every stage has a message setting. It controls whether a message goes out when a job reaches that stage.

• Off: nothing is ever sent. Use it for internal steps like Awaiting parts.
• Optional: a message is prepared and you choose each time whether to send it, and which channel to use.
• Always: the message is sent automatically when the job reaches the stage, and you are not asked.

You can also lock a stage's wording so nobody changes it when a job is moved. Locked messages go out exactly as written.
